#BeBetter Team Member, Carly Chapman, Completes Day of Purpose

Carly Chapman is the second #BeBetter team member to have completed a Day of Purpose. Volunteering at a work site in Fullerton, California with our non-profit partner, Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, Carly spent her time digging trenches for much-needed drainage on the site that would become the home for several retired veterans.

Alongside another volunteer, Carly became an expert with an electric jack hammer, which was used to break up the dirt. A two-foot trench was then dug in order to install a sprinkler drip system. During the day, she met a friendly neighbor, also a retired veteran. Despite the next day’s sore muscles, Carly was delighted to assist on this project.

“I’m grateful to work for a company that provides such wonderful volunteering opportunities,” Carly said. “Working with our partners at Habitat for Humanity of Orange County to change the lives of deserving families is a privilege and brings me great joy.”

Carly is an Operations Supervisor and has recently celebrated her three-year anniversary at Branded Group. She oversees the proper handling of all client service requests, ensuring each is completed in a timely manner. She personally handles all escalations through to resolution.
