With a career spanning almost three decades, Steve has dedicated his professional life to empowering privately held businesses. He joined Branded Group in early 2023, bringing the tactical precision of a seasoned CFO alongside the strategic vision of a veteran investment banker and private equity investor.

Steve doesn’t just advise on challenges; he has lived them. Most recently serving as CFO of a clinical trials business, he understands the risks business owners face daily. While his over 15-year foundation in private equity makes him an expert in capital raises, restructuring, and M&A, it is his passion for helping companies reach their next level of success that defines his work today.

Krystal is a seasoned facilities management professional with 17 years of industry experience. She began her career as a customer account representative, where she developed hands-on field expertise and built strong, trusted relationships with industry partners.

Throughout her career, Krystal has been actively involved in leading industry associations, serving on multiple committees with organizations such as RFMA and ConnexFM. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for ConnexFM. In addition, she has volunteered on advisory boards for CMMS providers, offering practical insight into the real-world needs of end users.

Krystal holds both the ProFM and CRFP designations, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and industry excellence. She is currently the Director of Business Development at Branded Group, where she leads the strategic direction of the company’s growth initiatives alongside her team.
