Because of our commitment to ongoing communication, within one hour of receiving the emergency call, Branded Group establishes an ETA with our client partner. Additionally, the representative serves as the project manager between the vendor and client, keeping all parties apprised of progress. In short, there is never a moment when our clients are not aware of the status of their issue.
