Leaning-In with RFMA’s Females in Facilities Group
RFMA’s recently reignited Females in Facilities Group, co-chaired by Branded Group’s Kiira Belonzi and Starbucks Coffee Company Facilities Service Manager Dawn Sostrin, brings the women of RFMA together for networking, mentorship, leadership development, and education.
The newly launched book club will help group members to stay connected throughout the year. This quarter members were invited to read and discuss Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In, which was written in response to Sheryl’s 2010 TEDTalk on the ways women are held back. In a recent blog post, Kiira shares her thoughts about the book, which spurred the #LEANINTOGETHER movement.
