Meet Branded Group’s New Director of Operation
Branded Group’s Director of Operations, Karen Blanchard, believes that providing exceptional customer service fuels organic business growth. With over a decade of industry experience, Karen knows that communication is paramount in providing such service, and prides herself on communicating consistently with customers and colleagues alike.
Karen is assisting with fine-tuning Branded Group’s evolving operational processes, reviewing each touch point of the customer service experience; ever-mindful of how to make the customer experience #BeBetter. She strives to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service delivered and every interaction with Branded Group team. In addition to managing over 20 client accounts, Karen also leads a team of employees.
Her business acumen stems from the ten years she invested in growing her family’s security and facility maintenance business. During her tenure, she moved through the ranks from facilities service coordinator to director of national accounts where she managed multiple customer accounts with combined annual sales of ten million dollars. In this role, Karen also managed and executed all aspects of project implementation and developed preventative maintenance programs for multi-location retailers.
Outside the office, Karen values spending time with her family including her husband and their three-year old son. She’s also an avid reader, enjoying novels by her favorite authors Diane Chamberlain and Jodi Piccoult.
