Facility Coordinator
Facilities Coordinators are instrumental to the success of Branded Group. A Facilities Coordinator oversees services calls and projects from the first customer call until job completion. As a Facility Coordinator, you will manage and maintain on demand and scheduled maintenance jobs; manage budgets and job costs; consistently communicate with customers; write proposals for project work; and run emergency service calls. Facilities Coordinators contribute to the growth of the company by running fast, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective jobs for the customer. Positive attitude and problem solving are the keys to success in the position.

Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator is focused on providing a client centric experience. By analyzing the needs of each client and then implementing a strategy of customer care, the Project Coordinator helps to ensure that each and every client interaction positively reflects the #BeBetter brand. The Project coordinator supports the Projects team, manages service calls, and coordinates with the Construction Team to maintain a constant flow of communication between contractors and clients. The Project Coordinator should possess a facilities and construction background as well as the ability to work independently.
