Construction Project Timeline

1. Bid and Schedule: In the first stage of bidding, a Branded Group Project Manager will conduct a site assessment and walk-through to secure project scope of work. Once a thorough evaluation of the site has been completed, Branded Group will submit a detailed proposal that outlines scheduling and pricing.

2. Team Call: A kick-off call will be scheduled prior to the construction project to review client expectations, scope of work, timeline, and standard protocol.

3. Permits & Plans: The designated General Contractor will submit plans to local municipalities. Reports and permit costs will be submitted to the client.

4. Reporting: Our Project Managers will create and submit a customized communication plan, along with the construction schedule. The client can expect a daily, detailed progress report with photos.

5. Completion Photos: Branded Group ensures our work elevates your brand through rigorous quality control. Progress photos provided by our vendors allow us to analyze and refine our work every step of the way. Completion photos serve as quality assurance for the client and our team.

6. Punch Walk: Branded Group will never close a project without obtaining 100% client satisfaction. Our team completes a punch walk to ensure the project has been completed per the scope of work and reflects your brand standard.
