Branded Group Earns Great Place to Work Certification

Recently team members at Branded Group completed a comprehensive survey in which they provided insight into company culture, professional development, and health and wellness benefits. When the results were tabulated, ninety-three percent noted that Branded Group was a terrific place to work.

While company perks and programs contributed to this exceptionally high rating, many team members noted that our award-winning social impact program, One-for-One was a key driver to their overall engagement and workplace satisfaction. Team members enjoy working side by side with their colleagues as well as getting to know the families whose homes they are repairing.

Being the only facility maintenance company with this designation was a proud moment for CEO Michael Kurland who began his entrepreneurial journey almost five years ago with a clear vision: “To create a company that would Be Better.” The Great Place to Work certification is proof positive that his vision is coming to fruition with the #BeBetter team, Branded Group clients, and nonprofit partner, Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, CA.
